1) PVC wood grain edge band
The edge banding of wood grain can mainly present a good simulation effect, but the quality of the simulation effect is all reflected in the ink quality. The simulation effect of the wood grain edge banding is almost close to that of the board, and its printing layer is very rich, and the fading in the room will not be obvious within three years. At present, the edge banding with rich printing layers in the market includes three color printing, two color printing and one color printing.
2) ABS edge band
ABS resin is one of the most advanced materials in the world. If the edge banding strip made of ABS resin is not doped with calcium carbonate, the furniture will look bright and smooth after trimming, and the edge banding position will never appear white. However, the production cost of ABS resin is very high, which is nearly one time higher than the price of PVC edge banding strip of the same specification promoted in the market. Such edge banding strip can also be used continuously on the edge banding machine, which can not only improve the working efficiency, but also ensure the effect of trimming tidiness.
3) Melamine edge sealing strip
Melamine edge sealing is what we usually call paper edge sealing. It has the advantage of being easy to stick, and will not stretch or deform in case of cold or hot. However, it is fragile, so it is very easy to break during furniture handling.
