The quality supervision and random inspection of indoor decoration materials for melamine paper HPL in March 2023.
The unqualified rate of spot check for impregnated adhesive paper veneer artificial board is 7.6%. This time, 119 batches of products produced by 119 enterprises in 15 provinces (districts and cities) were sampled, covering four varieties, namely, impregnated film paper faced fiberboard, impregnated film paper faced particle board, impregnated film paper faced plywood, and impregnated film paper faced blockboard. Nine batches of products were found unqualified, and the unqualified rate was 7.6%.
The focus of this random inspection is on 16 items, including formaldehyde release limit, static bending strength, internal bonding strength, surface cracking resistance, light fastness, moisture content, immersion peeling, bonding strength, surface dry heat resistance, and surface cold heat cycle resistance, of impregnated adhesive paper veneer artificial board. It was found that the unqualified items involve light fastness, surface cracking resistance, static bending strength, internal bonding strength, and 2-hour water absorption thickness expansion rate, No non-conforming safety items were found.
The above random checks mainly involve products produced in the industrial agglomeration areas of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Shandong Linyi, Jiangsu Province, and Zhejiang Province. They were randomly inspected for 32 batches, 23 batches, and 14 batches, with a failure rate of 3.1%, 8.7%, and 0%, respectively.
