On November 15, the quality inspector of Liuzhou, Guangxi reported the second batch of product quality supervision and spot check to our Belgian customers. This time, eucalyptus plywood and membrane board are sampled for inspection. Among them, 5 batches of wood-based panel products produced by 3 enterprises were selected, and 5 batches were qualified, with a qualification rate of 100%.
This spot check mainly inspected 16 indicators of the product, including formaldehyde emission, water content, bonding strength, surface bonding strength, immersion peeling test, cold and hot cycle test, static bending strength, transverse static bending strength, internal bonding strength, surface abrasion resistance, surface resistance to cigarette burning, surface resistance to dry heat, surface resistance to pollution and corrosion, surface resistance to cracking, water absorption thickness expansion rate, immersion peeling performance.
