Recently, I received an email from a New Zealand building materials importer, describing the process of their fraud by a Chinese birch plywood supplier
New Zealand birch plywood importers have purchased birch plywood in China for many years. Although the price is low, the payment has always been timely. In November last year, they signed a contract with a birch plywood production company in Shandong to order three small containers of birch plywood. Two months later, the first container was delivered, and the remaining goods were delayed for various reasons. Up to today, there are still two containers that haven’t been delivered. During the period, the birch plywood importer found a friend in China to contact the supplier, and pleaded with him for reasons such as lack of storage space and tight supply of goods. Later, the birch plywood importer ordered more than ten flights by himself, but didn’t deliver.
The importer of birch plywood has certificates such as money order, current contract and chat record in his hand. Do you have any proper way to solve this problem? If you resort to law, how do you do it?welcome your email and share more experience .
