People wanting a bright, modern look often choose Natural Birch or Maple floors or light stains on White Oak, while others who want character often choose the natural woods with knots and mineral streaks. Often clients like the colour variations in hickory floors, or the bold grain patterns found in ash floors. Walnut floors with their warm dark brown tones, or red oak with it’s warm, traditional feel, can also make a room stand out.
