Random inspection items and common quality defects of density fiberboard in November 2022
In this spot check of 80 batches of MDF products produced by 17 enterprises, 12 batches of MDF products were found to be unqualified, and the rate of unqualified products was 15%, 8.1 percentage points lower than the last spot check. The static bending strength, internal bonding strength, water absorption thickness expansion rate, surface bonding strength, formaldehyde emission and other items were mainly inspected. The unqualified items involve formaldehyde emission, water absorption thickness expansion rate, internal bonding strength and static bending strength.
According to the analysis of the technical organization, the main reasons for the quality problems are: first, the enterprise used inferior wood raw materials; Secondly, the adhesive formula is unscientific, and the sizing amount and hot pressing process are unreasonable; Third, the quality control management measures of some small enterprises are not standardized, lacking the necessary control of product quality.
