Proposal for Legal Inspection of Scaffolding plywood, The plywood for concrete-form

Background:
Scaffolding plywood, the plywood for concrete-form have been widely used as a kind of
building materials these days. The public is concerned about pollution of indoor air by
formaldehyde emitted from adhesive bonded wood products and demands restriction on the use
of formaldehyde glue in scaffolding plywood, the plywood for concrete-form products. The
BSMI, after having consulted with interested parties, intends to regulate label of these products.

HS/CCCN 4412.10.11.00.9 Plywood, veneered panels and similar laminated wood, with
both outer plies of coniferous wood,containing at least one ply
of bamboo and not containing any layer of particle board

HS/CCCN 4412.10.12.00.8 Plywood, veneered panels and similar laminated wood, with
both outer plies of coniferous wood,containing at least one ply
of bamboo and at least one layer of particle board (inspection
