Description

A plywood foliated with a melamine film is wood-based board composed of glued with phenol-formaldehyde resin, or other of similar properties, plies of wood (outer and middle veneers), whereat the directions of fibre of adjacent plies are staggered by 90°. There are various types of plywood by wood species:

  • Birch – birch plywood 100%
  • Beech – beech plywood 100%
  • Birch, alder, beech – deciduous plywood
  • Birch, alder, beech, pine – combi deciduous plywood

The plywood surface is covered with a melamine film improving its resistance to adverse weather conditions and sanded.

– one side foliated with wire mesh structure (Wiremesh/Raw)

– one side foliated with HEXA structure (HEXA/Raw)

– both sides foliated smooth (Smooth/Smooth)

– both sides foliated with one side wire mesh structure (Wiremesh/Film)

– both sides foliated with one side HEXA (HEXA/Film)

Thickness range:
4mm – 35 mm

Density:
680-740 kg/m3
