June 20, 2023 15:55:11
According to our Mexican customer’s quality feedback on June 19th, our QC team was commissioned by the Mexican customer to conduct quality supervision and spot checks on their Chinese MDF suppliers for medium density fiberboard products in April 2023. At that time, a total of 8 batches of products produced by 2 enterprises in Shandong Province were randomly inspected. One batch of products from one enterprise did not meet the requirements of relevant standards. The random inspection found that one batch of products did not meet the requirements of relevant standards, and the unqualified item was static bending strength.
At that time, according to the requirements of GB/T 11718-2009 Medium Density Fiberboard, GB 18580-2001 Indoor Decoration Materials Engineered wood and Formaldehyde Emission Limits in Products and other standards, five items of MDF products, including surface bonding strength, water absorption thickness expansion rate, formaldehyde emission, internal bonding strength and static bending strength, were inspected.
We have compiled a comprehensive and objective QC report on the quality issues we have encountered and sent it to the customer. Later, after negotiations between the supplier and the customer, the supplier gave the customer a 10% discount in exchange for the shipment of the goods. The quality feedback provided by the customer to us now is the same as the QC report we sent them at the time. We won quality inspection orders from Mexican customers in the second half of 2023.
