- Wipe the color. Before color repair, check whether the product is a good product, and clean up the dust and pollutants on the product. The technician shall prepare the color, then prepare a pre production sample according to the color plate, and the on-site supervisor shall determine the color before operation. 9. After oil sand and color repair, the product shall be dried for 4-6 hours, and then the surface of the product shall be polished with 800 # sandpaper. Attention shall be paid to the polishing process to prevent leakage, paint scratching and other phenomena. 10. Before finishing coat, it is necessary to check whether the product is a good product, whether the product surface is smooth, and the dust and attachments on the surface must be cleaned. The thickness of finish coat is 11-12 seconds, and the thickness is a cross. 11. Dry for 4 hours.
