BS1088 Okoume Marine plywood is manufactured to the highest European quality standard. It is a uniform and durable product ensuring optimum evenness, as well as high mechanical strength and dimensional stability.
Okoume Marine Plywood is certified by both Lloyds International and The Netherlands’ (Holland) KOMO Label (Holland) for compliance with BS 1088 requirements for shipbuilding.
In addition, our BS1088 Okoume Marine plywood:
• is FSC 100% certified from well managed forests;
• is certified to European Standard EN 314 – 2, class 3: Bonding for exterior use;
• has Formaldehyde Emission level of E1 as per European Standard EN 13986 for Panels (formaldehyde release < 3,5 mg/m2h);
• is certified to European Standard EN 635 – 1 and 2 for Surface appearance;
• complies with European CE marking: certificate of compliance 2+ according to EN 636-3 for structural use;
• is certified to European Standard XP ENV 1099 for biological durability; and
• complies with European Standard EN 13986 for use of wood based panels in construction;
