Linyi plywood quality control team randomly inspected 20 batches of Engineered wood products, plywood and blockboard, impregnated paper veneer fiberboard and particleboard, and found that 2 batches were unqualified.

On July 7, 2023, the announcement on the spot check of Engineered wood product quality supervision in 2023 (Issue 32).
According to the announcement, in the second quarter of 2023, Linyi plywood quality control team carried out a municipal supervision and spot check on the quality of Engineered wood products.
The Engineered wood product quality supervision and random inspection are mainly based on GB/T15102-2017 Impregnated Film Paper Decorated Fiberboard and Particleboard, GB/T34722-2017 Impregnated Film Paper Decorated Plywood and Blockboard, GB18580-2017 Indoor Decoration Materials Engineered wood and Formaldehyde Emission Limits in Its Products, as well as the current effective enterprise standards and product express quality requirements that have been filed.
The main inspection items for the supervision and random inspection of impregnated adhesive film paper veneer fiberboard and particleboard are: 1. static bending strength; 2. Internal bonding strength; 3. Surface bonding strength; 4. Water absorption thickness expansion rate; 5. Surface wear resistance; 6. Surface resistance to dry heat; 7. Surface resistance to pollution and corrosion; 8. Surface resistance to cracking; 9. Formaldehyde release.
The main inspection items for the supervision and random inspection of impregnated adhesive film paper veneer plywood and blockboard are: 1. Horizontal static bending strength; 2. Bond strength; 3. Surface bonding strength; 4. Surface wear resistance; 5. Surface resistance to dry heat; 6. Surface resistance to pollution and corrosion; 7. Surface resistance to cracking; 9. Formaldehyde release.
A total of 20 batches were sampled this time. After inspection, 18 batches were found to be qualified, with a pass rate of 90%. The unqualified items were surface wear resistance and internal bonding strength.
