Several large plywood enterprises, such as Nanhai Huaguang and Shenzhen Everbright Wood Industry, have started to increase, followed by other small and medium-sized plywood enterprises, and the production of plywood in Guangdong has been rising. According to the statistics in 2018, the output of plywood enterprises above designated size reached 2.633 million cubic meters, down 7.6% over the previous year. At present, there are more than 200 plywood manufacturers in Guangdong, with a plywood production capacity of about 5 million cubic meters.
