In the fourth batch of supervision and random inspection in 2023, a total of 29 batches of bathroom furniture products were randomly inspected.
This random inspection is based on the requirements of GB 24977-2010 “Bathroom Furniture” standard. The physical and chemical properties of the countertop surface of the bathroom furniture products, the physical and chemical properties of the paint film on the surface of wooden components, the physical and chemical properties of soft and hard cladding, the physical and chemical properties of the metal surface coating, the salt spray resistance of the metal electroplating coating, the water resistance of the product, the vertical impact of the floor cabinet countertop, the ultimate strength of the hanging cabinet (rack), and the limit of harmful substances in wooden products are all tested Radioactivity and other items of the product have been inspected.
The quality control teams in Guangzhou and Yiwu, Zhejiang have notified customers and exporters to handle the non-conforming product suppliers found in this random inspection.
