A total of 20 batches of plywood products from 6 enterprises in the province were sampled. Two batches of products from six enterprises were found not to meet the requirements of relevant standards, and the unqualified items were adhesive strength and elastic modulus.
According to the requirements of GB 18580-2017 “Limit of formaldehyde emission from wood-based panels and their products for interior decoration and decoration materials” and GB/T 9846-2015 “Ordinary plywood” and other standards, this spot check inspected the moisture content, bonding strength and formaldehyde emission limit of plywood products.
