Guide: wood based panels furniture has been a popular furniture product on the market since its birth in the 1980s. Its beautiful appearance and smooth color are favored by consumers. Of course, a set of high-quality wood based panels furniture can not be separated from the perfect production process. So what is the process of wood based panels furniture production? Let’s tell you the process of wood based panels furniture production.
1、 wood based panels furniture processing base material – wood-based wood based panels The base material of wood based panels furniture, chipboard MDF board (hereinafter referred to as wood-based wood based panels ), must first meet the quality standards. The quality inspection standards can refer to GB4896-4905 and international MDF standards for the production and processing of modern wood based panels furniture. The thickness specification of wood-based wood based panels and the internal quality of surface flatness are strictly required. The thickness tolerance standard should be controlled at 0.3mm; When the allowable tolerance of length and width is 0~5mm for plain plate sawing, the operator should first carefully read the comprehensive processing drawing of plate cutting and the relevant supporting size blanking table for processing. At present, the more advanced cutting machines in China mainly include automatic electronic saws or standard precision cutting saws. (1) For the veneer wood-based wood based panels s used by wood based panels furniture manufacturers that are subject to secondary veneer processing by their own units, the length processing allowance of the plain wood based panels parts is generally 10~15mm; The width machining allowance is 8~12mm (2) When large plain plates are sawed, they should be lifted and lowered flat. The difference between the big and small ends of the plate after two layers of manual sawing should be less than 2mm. When the length L of the plate is 1000mm < L < 2500mm, the allowable tolerance is 2mm (the limit deviation is soil 1mm). When the length L of the plate is less than 1000mm, the allowable machining tolerance is 1mm (the limit deviation is ± 0.5mm) (3) Sawn boards shall be stacked in a dry place. Generally, about 50 layers are allowed to be stacked in each storage space. 2、 The production process of wood based panels furniture is generally divided into A and B lines for ease of operation, Line A refers to the work piece route of MDF sticker or white oil going through the coating line, specifically: A: cutting – pressing plate (nailing) – edge cleaning (grooving) – gong machine – ash batching – sticker – primer – dry sand – finish paint – installation B: processing plate (veneer) processing route, specifically: cutting – pressing plate – edge cleaning (Open gong machine – edge banding – edge trimming – installation Because of the simple working procedure of Line B, the opening time of Line B is usually 3-4 days later than that of Line A, so as to facilitate the matching of the two lines into the package. 3. Tools used for the production of wood based panels furniture 1. Tools required for the mechanism section: paper press, electronic walking saw, row saw, nail frame, cold press, double head saw, row drill, sliding table saw, end mill, grooving machine, edge banding machine, etc. 4. Quality requirements for the mechanism section 1 Process requirements: The processed board and paper must be firmly and smoothly pasted, and no degumming, delamination, bubbles, scratches, wrinkles, rotten paper, indentation and other sundries are allowed. 2. The quality requirements of the pressurizer: a. The boards shall be glued firmly without degumming. When the boards are added, they must be aligned with the two adjacent sides of the skeleton. After cold pressing, the position deviation of the upper and lower boards shall be less than 1.5cm. b. After cold pressing, the surface of the parts shall be clean and flat, and no obvious skeleton impression, bending deformation, scratch or excessive gluing is allowed. c. The core strip of arc plate shall be tight, the surface shall be flat, and the transition shall be natural without glue pollution. 3. Quality requirements of the milling machine: a. The mold must be made accurately, and its shape and size after processing shall be consistent with the drawings. The allowable tolerance of non joint curved size is ± 1.5mm. b. The machined surface must be smooth, with smooth lines and natural transition. After machining, the surface of the part shall be flat, without edge collapse, tear, scratch, etc. The surface of the part shall be clean, free of debris and wood chips. 5、 Quality requirements for painting section 1. Quality requirements for white blank grinding: the surface of components shall be free of burrs, smooth edges, no unevenness, and chamfers at the corners of the board surface. It is better not to scratch hands. After grinding, there shall be no incomplete degeneration. 2. Quality requirements for plastering: the surface shall be solid, smooth, even in thickness, and sand penetration is not allowed. There shall be no pits, sand holes, air holes, accumulated putty, etc. The putty at the hole must be cleaned, and the parts that are not plastered shall be kept clean. 3. Quality requirements for primer: paint mixing and board surface cleaning shall be carried out in strict accordance with the formula. The coating surface shall be free of pinholes, granules, paint slag, uneven spraying without sagging, shrinkage cavity, bulging edge, blistering, etc. The coating must be covered with a gray primer. 4. Quality requirements for dry sand: the polished paint surface shall be smooth without pinholes, nail holes or sand penetrating the paint coating. The sand path shall be straight and fine without groove marks. The sanding machine shall have sand marks. If there are sand penetrating the paint coating, the corners, wires and arcs must be primed and then polished. 5. Requirements for sticker parts: after polishing, the parts shall be smooth and bright, sand penetrating, no trace of shadow sand, no sand penetrating the bottom, and no scratches. After polishing, they shall be wiped clean before being put back to the iron frame. 6. Quality requirements for white background: 400 #, 600 # and 800 # sandpaper must be used for bright and matte parts. The polished parts must be smooth and bright, with no shadow sand marks, and without sand penetration and fuzzing. However, sand penetration is required, and there must be no defects. Sand penetration parts must not be covered with an oil pen. 7. Quality requirements for dust blowing treatment: the painted surface shall be clean and free of ash and dust particles, and the sawdust at the hole and slot must be cleaned. 8. Quality requirements for finish paint: the surface shall be sprayed evenly, flat and smooth, without sagging, shrinkage cavity, bulging edge, blistering and wrinkling. The outside of the thread pin is basically the same as the plane, without paint accumulation and abrasion. The parts that do not need to be sprayed shall be kept clean, and the edge of the paint line shall be neat. 9. Quality requirements for transparent oil spraying: the surface shall be sprayed evenly, flat and smooth, without sagging, shrinkage cavity, and bulged edges that do not need spraying, and shall be kept clean, and the edges shall be neat. 10. Polishing quality requirements: after polishing, the surface of the wood based panels shall have a mirror like luster, no visible polishing lines, no dust, wrinkles, blisters, etc., and the remaining wax must be wiped clean after polishing. 6、 Quality requirements for packaging section 1. Quality requirements for manual trimming and coloring: a. Parts after trimming shall be free of trauma, sand damage, scratches, etc. Keep the board clean and free of wood chips, glue and other sundries. b. The edge opening after manual trimming must be smooth, and the right angle part shall be sanded to keep the right angle, and shall not be sanded into circular arc. c. The trimmed parts shall be subject to color holding treatment. The color of the color holding shall be consistent with the color of the board surface, and too large color difference is not allowed. 2. Manual installation quality requirements: components must be installed firmly, and the board surface must be kept clean, without scratches, indentations, bruises, abrasions and other phenomena. 3. Packaging quality requirements: a. The products can only be packaged after passing the inspection, and the components must be placed according to the stacking requirements of the packing list. b. The sealing tape must be firmly stuck, the packing belt must also be tightened, and the product stacking must conform to the requirements.
