Therefore, the processing requirements of solid wood cabinets are particularly important, mainly reflected in the following 6 aspects.
1、 Material requirements
- Door and drawer panel (1) The solid wood door frame is 20mm thick, and the single material is selected. The vertical and horizontal edge materials of the frame are not allowed to have obvious color difference. (2) The solid wood core plate is allowed to be spliced, and the material of each panel shall not be less than 40mm. The texture shall be consistent, the color shall be coordinated, and no obvious material color difference is allowed. For the door core board with 5mm multilayer board pasted with wood veneer, the color of the wood veneer shall be similar to that of the solid wood of the door frame and drawer, and there shall be no stubble, crack, blue change, bubble, glue penetration, lamination and glue opening. (3) Solid wood is not allowed to have moth eaten, rotten, skin sandwiched, mildewed, cracked, dead knots, and leaky knots. There shall not be more than two joints less than 5mm on a door panel, and there shall not be more than one joint less than 5mm on the drawer face. Serious mineral lines are not allowed for maple birch. (4) The milling shape of each door frame and door core plate shall be smooth, the lines shall be smooth, the transition shall be natural, and there shall be no cracks or edges. Damping strips shall be installed between the door frame and the door core plate.
- The cabinet body (1) is made of multilayer board base material, and each component is separately pasted, double pasted or not pasted with wood veneer. See the description of each component for details. (2) The surface of the multilayer board shall be flat and clean, free of water and oil stains, and the effective size shall be free of edge slipping, head gnawing, etc. (3) There shall be no stubble, crack, blue change, bubble, glue penetration, lamination or glue opening on the veneer.
2、 Structural requirements 1. The cabinet body shall adopt KD (removable) structure (except for parts that require special integral fixing structure), 8 * 40mm round wood tenon positioning, and 15 * 35mm three in one connector. 2. The drawer box adopts dovetail structure and is assembled as a whole.
- Hinge holes shall be drilled on the door panel, and corresponding screw pilot holes shall be drilled on the side panel in advance; The drawer is installed on the 3 * 5mm system hole of the side plate. Door panels and drawer panels do not need to be punched with handle holes.
- The cabinet assembly structure is reasonable, the installation is simple, the strength is good, and the connection is tight.
3、 Process requirements 1. Cutting: no edge collapse, blackening and other phenomena are allowed in the cut; The difference between the big and small ends of the plate shall be less than 2mm. 2. Fixed thickness sanding: it is required that each single side sanding shall not exceed 1mm, and the thickness tolerance of sanded plate shall be controlled within ± 0.1mm. Drilling: the allowable tolerance of drilling is ± 0.2mm (the limit deviation is ± 0.1mm); The allowable tolerance of hole spacing is 0.2mm (the limit deviation is ± 0.1mm); The allowable tolerance of hole depth is ± 0.5mm. 3. Edge sealing: the edge sealing shall be tight and straight, and no glue opening, missing sealing, overlapping and edge running are allowed. 4. Milling type: the milling shall conform to the sample; The processing surface must be straight and smooth, with smooth lines and natural transition; The surface of the plate shall be flat, free of cracks, edges, tears or obvious wavy processing traces.
- The allowable tolerance of the length and width of the processed parts is ± 0.1~0.3mm; The allowable error per meter of two diagonal lines of components is less than 1mm. 6. Finished product assembly: plate connection is reasonable without exposed substrate; The joint shall be free from distortion and looseness; The joint parts of each component shall be tight and firm without looseness, cracking and other defects; The installation of various accessories and connectors shall be tight, correct, firm and accurate, and the joint shall be free from cracking or looseness.
4、 Hardware requirements 1. The zinc alloy ordinary and special full cover hinges should be thick and flexible, and the door can return naturally when closed to a certain position and open freely. 2. The black galvanized three section ball slide rails are fully pulled out, which are quiet, durable and easy to pull. 3. The specification and size of zinc alloy three in one connector shall be accurate. 4. Zinc alloy nickel plated plate pin, with toughness and accurate specification and size. 5. The rubber crash pad should be elastic and play a good role in noise reduction.
- Self tapping screws shall be strong and easy to install.
5、 Coating requirements 1. The paint shall be domestic nitrocellulose paint (NC paint), matt, transparent and resistant to yellowing. Two coats of primer and two coats of finish can be seen on the exterior, and one coat of primer and one coat of finish can be seen on the interior. 2. The coating of components shall be flat, smooth and clear, and there shall be no obvious wood hole settlement after the coating is dried; There shall be no whitening, wrinkling, tackiness and paint leakage. There are no obvious processing marks, scratches, fog light, discoloration and yellowing, white ridges, white spots, blisters, oil mortar, sagging, shrinkage cavity, bristling, powder accumulation and slag. 3. It is required that the products and several cabinets shall be placed together without obvious color difference. The glossiness shall be controlled at 40 ± 5 degrees.
6、 Packaging requirements 1. Carton requirements (1) Materials: five layers of double corrugated paper are used. The paper inside the box is 280g wood pulp hanging paper, and the corrugated paper is 180g high-strength B-type corrugated paper. Pallet packing. (2) Printing: The carton shall be labeled with the company name, product model and product schematic diagram. The content, font and color of the shipping mark are based on the samples provided by the customer. The printing shall be clear, neat and fadeless. (3) Knife edge: no burr, no crack, and the diameter of corner loophole shall not exceed 3mm after being packaged. (4) Bonding: it shall be firm, with lapping tongue width not less than 45mm, and the adhesive shall be applied evenly and fully without overflow. The carton joints shall be aligned, the scissors difference shall not be greater than 5mm, the box shall be square, and the edges and corners shall be clear. (5) Laminating: The inner paper of the box face paper shall not be spliced, lack of material, creased, glued, stained or unglued. (6) Adhesive: starch adhesive, non-toxic and harmless, or adhesive with the same effect. Do not use sodium silicate (NaOH). (7) The swing cover is folding resistant, the carton is supported and formed, the swing cover is opened and closed 270 °, reciprocating for 5 times, and the face paper and lining paper are free of cracks. 2. Packaging requirements (1) The cabinet parts and hardware accessories shall be placed in one packaging box, and the door panel shall be placed in one packaging box. The hardware is wrapped in a plastic bag. The slide rail shall be packaged separately, and the other hardware shall be packaged separately. (2) During packaging, the plates shall be stacked face to face and back to back, and the plates shall be separated by PE paper. Where there is a large gap between the product and the packaging box, foam shall be used to fill it, so as to prevent possible movement or collision between parts; Use 20mm thick foam around the packing box to protect the edges of the board. (3) The door panel shall be wrapped with safety film to prevent deformation due to moisture. (4) The installation instructions of corresponding products shall be placed in all packing cases.
