SCOPE
This standard specifies the requirements of WPC floor for export, test methods, inspection rules and packaging, transportation and storage requirements.

| Note:No tongue WPC flooring does not required height difference and gap; If have tongue and groove, the width of tongue should be more than 3mm.For wpc flooring, the weight should be more than 95% of WPC weight which two parts agreed. |
WPC Flooring Appearance & Quality Requirements
In addition to the design effect, the color should be uniform, the surface is flat, no scratch, no obvious concave and convex, the impurity, the end should be straight, no burr.

PACKING
Product Mark
Before the products are stored, they should be tagged in proper parts with their product models, trademarks, production dates, etc.
Packing Mark
The standard codes , factory name, address, product name, production date, trademarks, specifications, formaldehyde release sign, type, grade, quantity, etc.
Package
Should be fastened firmly, with plastic film or other soft material package, you need to use other special packing methods agreed by both sides of supply and demand.
Transport
It should be flat and stacked to avoid heavy pressure, rain prevention and sunscreen, light load and light load.
