Production opportunities
Our factory produces about 30,000 m³ of veneer sheets per year. The standard thickness of furniture veneer is 0.55 mm, but in agreement with the customer, it is possible to produce veneers of different thickness.
Birch plywood veneer
Plywood is our somewhat newer product, whose production volumes in our product portfolio have grown rapidly. We mainly produce 1.5 mm thick birch plywood in standard sizes, but in addition to this we also produce veneer of other thicknesses and use different types of wood as raw material.
Birch-veneer standard quality classes:
- A QualityBeautiful, clean and white material. Applications: coating of doors, table tops and high-quality panels (IKEA class 1)
- AB QualityBeautiful, clean and even light material with some light “hair” allowed
(erroneous beams) and closed needle branches. Areas of application: cabinet doors, various fronts and visible areas of furniture, edging, etc. (IKEA class 2) - B QualityMore “hair” and needles and some color differences are allowed. Areas of application: different sides of the furniture, less visible areas, edging, etc. (IKEA class 3)
- BC QualityLubatud on rohkelt „juukseid” ja kinniseid oksi ning mõningat toonierinevust, lahtised defektid on keelatud. Kasutusalad: mööbli mittenähtavad küljed, servakandi sisekihid, tagumised küljed jne (IKEA klass 4)

We always have standard products in stock and we can fulfill every customer’s request quickly. Special varieties are possible in agreement with the customer and orders are fulfilled within a reasonable time.
