Door Core
Door core boards are made from butt jointed Albasia timber strips. There are one single-layer core, and three-layer core. Three layers door core is three layers of butt jointed falcata stave cores sandwiched together in different parallel order to give it a stronger construction compared to a single layer panel board. Both sides are sanded finely to make sure uniform thickness and making it easy for the customers to put decorative materials on it.
