Common problems found during our quality inspection of wooden doors!
Recently, our QC team has discovered several major quality defects while assisting foreign importers in inspecting wooden doors
Quality issue one, wooden door deformation.
Reason one is that the expansion force of the wooden door or paint due to the influence of climate causes the wooden door to deform.
Reason 2: Product deformation caused by high moisture content in wood.
Thirdly, problems caused by prolonged exposure of the product to sunlight.
Minor deformations can be treated by applying pressure, and in severe cases, they need to be returned to the factory.
·Problem 2: The wooden door cracks, shrinks, and bumps.
Reason one is that the logs have cracked. Cracking may occur due to weather conditions or severe impact and pressure during installation.
Reason 2: Due to the thermal expansion and contraction characteristics of wood, there may be certain shrinkage joints between door frames and door frame lines caused by temperature and humidity.
Reason three is that the product was accidentally impacted during transportation, causing dents, or the door corners were damaged during installation.
