In the third batch of provincial supervision and random inspection in 2022, a total of 46 batches of plywood products were randomly inspected, including 30 batches in the production field and 16 batches in the circulation field.
According to the requirements of GB/T 9846-2015 Ordinary Plywood, GB/T 34722-2017 Impregnated Plastic Film Paper Facing Plywood and Blockboard, GB/T 24311-2021 Plywood for Combined Packaging Box, GB/T 17656-2018 Plywood for Concrete Formwork, and GB 18580-2017 Indoor Decoration Materials Engineered wood and Their Products, the water content, bonding strength, static bending strength The elastic modulus, formaldehyde release, surface bonding strength, surface wear resistance, surface resistance to cigarette burning, surface resistance to cold and hot cycles, and surface resistance to cracking were tested.
This spot check found 10 batches of products produced by 9 producers including Guanxian Jingshi Runsen Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Zouping Pengsen Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Linyi Xinshengda Plate Factory, Feixian Yangyunhe Plate Factory, Shandong Luxing Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Pingyi Guangxin Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Gaoqing Jialei Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Linyi Huatian Wood Industry Co., Ltd., Linyi Lanshan Xingyue Plate Factory, Tai’an Guanbo Decoration Engineering Co., Ltd Two batches of products from two sellers at Haode Changxin Board Distribution Office in Weicheng District do not meet the requirements of relevant standards. The unqualified items include formaldehyde release, bonding strength, static bending strength, and surface crack resistance.
For the producers, sellers and nominal producers of unqualified products found in this spot check, the Market Supervision Administration of Relevant market has instructed the relevant market supervision and administration departments to handle the unqualified results in accordance with the Product Quality Law of the People’s Republic of China, the Interim Measures for the Administration of Product Quality Supervision and Spot Check, and the relevant provisions of the State Administration for Market Regulation and the Market Supervision Administration of Shandong Province on supervision and spot check.
