The process of manufacturing Fancy Plywood
โ Suitable sliced veneers are selected
โกVeneers are cut into suitable sizes
โขGlue is coated on the plywood/mdf by a pasting machine
โฃVeneeres are pasted on the plywood
โคThey are hot-pressed
โฅAny access material leftover from pasting is cut away
โฆThey are carefully inspected, if any gaps are found it is hot pressed again
โงSurface is polished by a wide belt sander
