National classification standard for moisture-proof medium density board
Medium damp proof density board, damp proof standard of damp proof medium density board, green damp proof board, damp proof classification standard
(The moistureproof category of boards is classified according to the national standard of MDF)
Medium density fiberboard is made of wood fiber and other fibers as raw materials. It is prepared by fiber, then applied with synthetic glue and other functional materials. Under the condition of heating and pressure, it is pressed into boards with different thicknesses and densities. The flame retardant MDF of functional board is produced by applying flame retardant in the production process; The moistureproof density board adopts modified triamine cyanamide adhesive or MDI type adhesive, and increases the usage of waterproof agent to achieve moistureproof performance.
According to the national standard GB National Standard GB-T-11718-2009 MDF, moistureproof boards can be classified into MDF-FN-MR in wet state and MDF-FN-HMR in high humidity state according to the use environment.
Damp proof board in damp state is also a conventional indoor damp proof board with the model of MDF-FN-MR, which refers to indoor environment or outdoor environment with protective measures. It usually refers to an environment with a temperature of 20 ℃, a relative humidity higher than 65% but not more than 85%, or an environment with a relative temperature higher than 85% in only a few weeks of the year.
High humidity moistureproof board, also known as MDF-FN-HMR, refers to indoor environment or outdoor environment with protective measures, usually refers to the environment with temperature of 20 ℃, relative humidity higher than 85%, or occasional contact with water (except immersion or watering).
When choosing moistureproof MDF, we need to choose according to different application environments.
