2 batches of MDF fail to pass the sampling inspection
On November 13, 2022, the second batch of MDF products in the production field will be subject to supervision and random inspection, including 30 batches of MDF products.
In this spot check, according to the requirements of such standards as Medium Density Fiberboard (GB/T 11718-2009) and Indoor Decoration Materials, Wood based Panels and Formaldehyde Emission Limits in Products (GB 18580-2017), the water absorption thickness expansion rate, static bending strength, internal bonding strength, surface bonding strength, formaldehyde emission and other items of MDF products were inspected.
The unqualified items in this spot check are static bending strength, internal bonding strength and formaldehyde emission.
