Construction Materials Laboratory needed for the following Performance Testing of few SPC, WPC and Laminate flooring products:
For the SPC and WPC, we would want to use ASTM F3261 as guideline. Attaining results to the following:
F 387 Thickness
F 1914 Indentation
F 925 Chemical Resistance
F 1514 Resistance to Heat
F 1515 Resistance to Light
F 2055/ISO 24337 Size and Squareness
F 2199/ISO 23999 Dimensional Stability/Curl
F410 Wear Layer Thickness
ISO 24337 Flatness
ISO 24337 Openings
ISO 24337 Ledging
ASTM F970 Static Load
Section 8 thickness swell
Then for Laminate, we would want testing for NALFA standards using the following tests:
NALFA 3.1 Static Load
NALFA 3.10 Surface Bonding
NALFA 3.12, 3.13, 3.14 Determination of Flatness, Openings and Ledging
NALFA 3.2 Thickness swell
NALFA 3.3 Light resistance
NALFA 3.4 Cleanability
