Quality supervision and random inspection results of wood-based panel, MDF, plywood, blockboard, particleboard, Melamine impregnated with adhesive film, paper veneer wood-based panel in December 2022
Our plywood quality and technical QC in Vietnam conducted special supervision and spot check on the quality of wood-based panel products produced and sold in Ho Chi Minh and Hanoi in Vietnam. 28 batches of products were sampled this month, and 7 batches were found to be unqualified.
The supervision and random inspection conducted the following items of the product according to the national standards and relevant standards such as the Limit of Formaldehyde Release in Interior Decorative and Decorative Materials, Wood-based Panels and Products, Blockboard, Plywood, Decorative Veneer Veneer Veneered Wood-based Panels, Medium Density Fiberboard, Particleboard, and Impregnated Adhesive Paper Veneered Wood-based Panels: Moisture Content; Static bending strength; Surface bonding strength; Glue strength; Formaldehyde emission; Dip peel test; Internal bonding strength; Water absorption thickness expansion rate; Screw holding force; Surface abrasion resistance; The surface is resistant to pollution and corrosion; The surface is resistant to cracking.
The results showed that 7 batches of products were unqualified. Among them, there are 4 batches of products with unqualified static bending strength, 3 batches of products with unqualified water absorption thickness expansion rate, and 1 batch of products with unqualified surface wear resistance.
