Results of spot check of floor product quality supervision in November 2022. This time, 20 batches of flooring products were spot checked. Through inspection, 2 batches of unqualified products were found, and the discovery rate of unqualified products was 10.0%.
This supervision and spot check is conducted according to the requirements of GB18580-2017 Formaldehyde Emission from Wood based Panels and Their Products for Interior Decoration Materials, GB/T20240-2017 Bamboo Laminated Flooring, GB/T30364-2013 Reconstructed Bamboo Flooring, GB/T15,036.1-2018 Solid Wood Flooring Part 1: Technical Requirements, GB/T18103-2013 Solid Wood Composite Flooring, GB/T18102-2007 Impregnated Paper Laminated Wood Flooring and other standards 18 items, including surface bonding strength, internal bonding strength, surface abrasion resistance, surface corrosion resistance, surface paint film abrasion resistance, surface paint film pollution resistance, surface paint film adhesion, surface impact resistance, immersion stripping, static bending strength, elastic modulus, density, water absorption width expansion rate, horizontal shear strength, paint film hardness, formaldehyde release, were inspected.
The unqualified items involved in this spot check are the abrasion resistance, adhesion and impact resistance of the surface paint film of the solid wood floor. The abrasion resistance of the surface paint film reflects the durability of the surface paint. The project is unqualified, and the floor is easy to be worn and scratched during use, affecting the beauty and service life of the floor. The adhesion of the surface paint film reflects the firmness of the paint film attached to the floor. The adhesion project of the surface paint film is unqualified, and the surface paint film is easy to fall off when the floor is used, which affects the service life of the floor. The impact resistance of the surface is not qualified, which is easy to lead to depression and cracks on the floor surface during use, affecting the appearance of the floor.
