If the factory has not used Uruguayan eucalyptus to make plywood face veneers , it must be careful to use Uruguayan eucalyptus face veneer to produce DOOR SKIN PLYWOOD, especially the thin plywood .
Uruguayan eucalyptus wood fiber have different wood fibre and texture from Okoume, birch and poplar. The glue is too low/Thin , which is easy to cause delamination. Too much glue is easy to cause the face veneer penetration/Bleeding of the plywood surface.
If the Glue volume control is not skilled or the production process is not accurate, it is easy to be caused by the Uruguayan eucalyptus veneer separating from the plywood core board, resulting in local quality defects of adhesive delamination . Or the face veneers on the edge is peeling.
Friendly reminder.
