Thank all the hardware, furniture and wood-based panel customers who support us from 2020 to 2022.

First of all, I would like to thank all our customers who have always supported and trusted us, whether they are new customers who have just given us quality inspection orders in the last week or customers who have been giving us quality inspection orders since 2003. Based on the confidentiality agreement signed with customers, we cannot list the names of customers who support us one by one.

In the past three years, we have experienced too many good news and unexpected hardships.

Because of the economic depression in the global market, some of our customers’ purchase volume has decreased a lot. The customer comforted us not to worry about the changes in the market. As long as they are still purchasing in Vietnam, Indonesia, Malaysia and China, they will continue to support us with quality inspection orders.

We have experienced claims from customers due to our quality inspection mistakes. We have experienced customers’ doubts about our work, and we have also experienced many disputes and negotiations with suppliers about quality requirements. We have been blindsided and threatened by suppliers. We have received complaints from customers. All our failure experiences have become stepping stones for our growth. Every time, we carefully find out the root cause of the problem and successfully achieve a win-win situation between customers and suppliers. Whether we compromise or the supplier corrects the quality defects we found, it is our attitude and responsibility to do a good job of what the customer told us.

I remember a customer told us that no matter how big a mistake we made, we should not give up easily, as long as we are thinking about how to protect the interests of customers, as long as the starting point of our work is not to allow defective products to be packaged and transported to the customer’s warehouse.

We also often receive unexpected good news from customers. The most touching thing is the decision and support of American customers who have supported us since 2003. In 2017, the United States carried out anti-dumping on China’s birch plywood. They had to go to Vietnam and other Southeast Asian countries to establish new supply chains. The customer didn’t replace us because of the high cost of traveling abroad. On the contrary, despite the difficulties and high costs, the American customer paid us to go to Vietnam and Indonesia to continue to help them do the same work as China, establish a new supply chain and carry out quality control throughout the whole process. For this reason, our quality inspection teams in Linyi and Xuzhou have been retained and live well in Vietnam.

There are also many close and friendly customers who have been quietly supporting our work, although in recent years, especially in 2022, the huge changes and falls in the market have caused many customers to lose a lot of money, and some have even suspended procurement. But no customer stopped our work because of this, just comforted us and told us not to worry, and suggested that we find new customers, some even introduce their friends or competitors to us to fill in the lack of their quality inspection orders. This is a kind of trust and help.

We must sincerely thank our customers who can still support our quality inspection orders at this time.

In 2022, if customers are still sending you normal quality inspection orders or purchase orders, please cherish and be grateful. We all know that running a company is like sailing against the current. As long as the company has no revenue, it will continue to lose blood. The customer company does not open the door, and the customer’s customers are losing, but we need to support employees, maintain suppliers, and the inventory is still impaired… These pressures are not felt by our ordinary quality inspection team and suppliers. It is said that starting a company and doing business make money, but still a few people are willing to do it, and more people are only willing to earn wages, because they can not bear the pressure of the company’s operation, and are afraid of debt and failure. While we are waiting at home for quality inspection orders and purchase orders, customers may be dismantling around the world and begging for money. Under the epidemic, customers who still insist on sending purchase orders and quality inspection orders to suppliers deserve our praise. At least it shows that our customers are responsible, dare to take responsibility, and have no problem with their character. Such customers are definitely worth following by suppliers.

In the past three years, we have lost a lot and gained a lot. Thank all customers and partners who support us.

The epidemic situation in three years cannot be summarized in a few words, but no matter who you are or where you come from, I believe you are ready to bid farewell to the new coronavirus epidemic and welcome the future. In 2023, let’s enter a new life together.
